The bearing shells of the sliding bearing of the screw feeder are powder metallurgy, nylon and babbitt alloy, which can be selected according to different needs. The flexible arrangement of the inlet and outlet of the screw feeder makes it more adaptable, which is recognized by users.
The screw feeder is usually composed of a driving device, a head section, a middle section, a tail section, a head and tail bearing, a feeding and discharging device, etc. If conditions permit, it is best to place the driving device on the discharge end. It is more reasonable when the material port is installed in the head section (with thrust bearing assembly), which can make the spiral in a tensioned installation state. Among them, each part of the head section, middle section and tail section has several different lengths. The arrangement sequence of each screw section of the screw conveyor is best to follow the principle of arranging the screw sections in order according to the length of the screw section and arranging the screw sections of the same specification together. The installation starts from the head and proceeds in order. In the overall layout of the screw feeder, attention should be paid not to arrange the base and the discharge port at the flange of the casing joint, and the feed port should not be arranged above the hanging bearing.

Each transmission part adopts a floating connection method, and the hanging bearing is a universal joint structure, so that the spiral body, the hanging bearing and the tail assembly form an integral floating body, which can rotate freely with the conveying resistance within a certain range to avoid material jam. No blockage.
4. The head and tail bearing seats are outside the shell. All bearings adopt multi-layer sealing and matching sealing technology, so the bearing has a long service life.
